Clean lines and quality. No frills or conspicuous characteristics. Calling the Lift a traditional box sofa sounds like something of an insult, but is meant to be quite the opposite. Lift is a classic sofa that keeps up with the times year after year.

Lift gets its name from the built-in lifting mechanism - each back rest can be individually raised by 5 inches for added neck support. In one easy movement the back rest glides back to the starting position. The back pillows are padded with down and the seat is available in 100% foam wrapped in pre-compressed fibrefill, which gives a very dimensionally stable seat with solid support, or with a down upper seat consisting of a foam core wrapped in down and surrounded by a feather proof cover gives a softer sensation and look.

Despite its small size, the Mini Rectangular Tray packs a lot of patterns and textures into its small frame. Organic swirls of colors and luxurious gold-leafing are enclosed neatly within slim edges, framing the patterns and textures like a work of art. The mini tray’s compact size allows for versatility. Placed in the hallway on a console, it is a key holder. In the dressing table, it is a jewelry tray, and on the coffee table, it is a decorative item. Good things come in small packages, and the mini tray is no exception. Every tray by Ethnicraft is hand-crafted and there may be variations in color and pattern. Ethnicraft's glass trays are stain resistant, but not impossible to mark. We recommend removing spills immediately to prevent staining. Always use coasters to prevent hot surfaces from leaving marks. Set on a steel tripod stand, the perfectly rounded shape of the Ball Tripod Lamp illuminates the space around it with a warm, diffused light. Variations of an essentially spherical form, and available as pendants, sconces, tripods, table, and floor lamps, the Bubble Lamp series is a distinguished and timeless George Nelson design. Nelson was inspired by a set of silk-covered Swedish hanging lamps when he originally designed the series in 1952.

Use with up to 150 watt bulb (not included). Cord measures 90" length.

This simple design was the first piece of furniture created by Harry Bertoia for Knoll. Although the bench does not have the signature wire grid of his more recognizable 1952 collection, the welded wire base shows an early exploration of the material. Characteristic of the early environment at Knoll, Hans and Florence never demanded that Bertoia design furniture, but instead encouraged him to explore whatever he liked. They simply asked that if he arrived at something interesting to show them.

The solid wood bench slats are pre-treated to help prevent sagging and warping. Base is constructed of welded steel rods and finished in polished chrome. Plastic glides included on sled base to protect floors. The polished chrome base is not suitable for outdoor use.

Seat cushions for the bench are available to order in a variety of KnollTextiles. A maximum of three cushions fit on the bench. Also available in an outdoor-compatible version. Please contact us for details.

Whether placed in a private home or corporate office, Arne Jacobsen’s Oksen™ Lounge Chair makes any lounge setting superior. Unlike many of Jacobsen’s other designs, Oksen™ was not designed for a specific architectural project. It was the product of many years of experimenting.

The chair was considered quite rare among critics due to its short original production period as well as its cotroversial yet powerful expression. Add a matching footstool for the complete and bold Oksen™ experience.

Wild Leather: Extreme is aniline leather with a natural surface, which mirrors the active life of the animal. Every Extreme hide is a unique piece, characterised by several and different types of beauty marks - from insect bites and scars to stretch marks, wrinkles and shades formed by the bone structure. All of which are a natural part of the daily life of the animal and which make this leather type not only quite rare in its expression, but tells the tale of an original and natural material. Available in Black.
Aura Leather: Classic is a durable leather and only manufactured out of exquisite rawhides. The leather type is pigmented and lightly buffed. Classic has a strong surface finish which makes the leather very practical and protected against dirt and light. The leather is relatively uniform, however, with possible wrinkles in the sway on the furniture, neck folds and other natural markings. Available in Black and Walnut.
Grace Leather: Elegance leather has a natural “naked” surface and a soft touch characterizing aniline leather. Natural markings are visible on aniline leather and the open pores in the leather allow it to breath. The result is a high
degree of sitting comfort and an exclusive look. Since aniline leather shows the leather from the most natural side, high qualities of rawhides are required. Only a very small percentage of the rawhides are suitable for the manufacturing of the exclusive Elegance leather. One of the characteristics of Elegance leather is that it changes over time and gains patina. Available in Black and Walnut.

He went on to create entire interiors filled with furniture, saturated with psychedelic colors and accentuated with lamps appearing in repeated patterns as decorative details.

Comprised of just three main parts – a base, shade, and a slender stem – the Peek is an inconspicuous and elegant piece that even offers a catch-all in the form of its concave base.
