Use directions: Mix one teaspoon of the dry mask with water in a ratio of about 1:1 until it reaches a smooth, mud-like consistency. Kendall Davis is a local ceramicist living in Forth Worth, Texas. Kendall is interested in creating poetic, utilitarian ceramic pieces that are also well crafted. She has both a BFA and MFA in Fine Art. The educational experience, for Kendall, impacts her work daily as she recalls t he Giorgio Morandi influence often in her own work. Morandi, known for his paintings of still but organically moving, simplistic vases serves as a this poetic influence.
Everything is handmade, beginning with a bag of clay.  Kendall throws, trims and dries the pieces before firing twice; first for bisque, then for glazing.

Yeahwa is a local fine artist who immigrated from South Korea in High school and received her MFA from The Art Institute of Chicago. The focus of most of her art and training is in oil painting, but Yeahwa's curiosities led her to learn many other art mediums such as jewelry making, ceramics, fiber arts, watercolor, and natural dyeing to name a few. Though well-known and celebrated at the peak of her painting career in Chicago, starting a family led her to move to Los Angeles and abandon her fine art career to start a business and provide for her family. Yeahwa created one of the most successful Art Studio and Galleries in Torrance, California and operated it for 17 years before she closed her business to retire to Fort Worth, Texas.

Foil Stamped in Audubon, Iowa

Moglea is an Iowa-based letterpress studio that focuses on the craft of artful stationery and paper goods. Production processes are done by hand and make each piece one-of-a-kind. Moglea was launched in May of 2012 by Chad and Meg Gleason. After moving to Chad's family farm in Audubon, Iowa, they bought a century-old letterpress and started creating the Moglea line. Meg sought to bring unexpected processes like dip dye and hand painting to the fine stationery market.
