Terrazzo, traditionally a flooring surface, has been given new life through a collaboration between Lucie Kaas and Italian industrial designer, Alberto Bellamoli. Terrazzo has its roots in a time when maximizing resources was a necessity. Locally referred to as "the poor man's marble" it is a composite material made of scraps of marble, pigment, and marble dust cemented together. Industrial designer, Alberto Bellamoli, has taken the material and reinvented its use through the collection ERAT. Rosa corallo, nero ebano, verde alpi, bianco carrara, giallo siena. So specific are the stones used in the collection crafted and designed by Alberto. Originally from Verona, where terrazzo has been produced for centuries by local artisans, Alberto’s appreciation for the material cannot be underestimated. Alberto Bellamoli about the design: "I designed the series of terrazzo colors by using some of the most classic Italian marbles, that has always been part of my surroundings. I balanced the blend of marbles to create a pattern that allows us to appreciate the beauty of every single stone. With terrazzo you always have the certainty that you have created something unique in every single piece." Though terrazzo is versatile in its composition, it is not as flexible in shape. In addition to finding the perfect stone recipe, Alberto was also tasked with applying terrazzo outside of its conventional form. This gave birth to the merging of materials in the series where the ERAT collection brings together metal and glass to transform terrazzo into usable, everyday products.

In an ongoing attempt to unite the sublime with the absolutely necessary, Poul Kjaerholm designed the PK80 daybed. The result is one of Kjaerholm's most sophisticated and iconic designs with a striking beauty. The daybed is a clear illustration of Poul Kjaerholm's method of refining historical models and distilling them down to the essence and demonstrating his superior ability to balance construction and choice of materials. The inspiration for the daybed came from Bauhaus, which in turn, were inspired by ancient Roman couches. PK80 is upholstered in leather or canvas and rests on a painted plywood bedplate. Its frame is made of satin brushed stainless steel. The purchase of the PK80 for the galleries of the Museum of Modern Art in New York, in 2004, recognizes the daybed's natural place in furniture history.

Introducing Patch, an extendable dining table that melds minimalist form with a user-friendly design.
Determined to create a table that would suit a modern family's myriad needs, designer Hee Welling made multiple prototypes before he was satisfied. The result was Patch, an extendable dining table that employs a butterfly extension technique to provide seating for more people.
The Danish concept of 'umage' inspired Welling throughout the design process. Translating as “making a bit more effort,” this mindset meant that every aspect of Patch's design was considered to provide optimal practicality.
The minimalism of the table's wooden base and smooth laminate tabletop is offset by a highly functional design. Patch comes as a knock-down so that it can be easily assembled within a few minutes. Once constructed, it is firmly held together by small metal fittings on each leg that locks the table together. In addition to providing stability, these metal patches offer a subtle contrast of materials against the table's solid wooden frame. A further point of interest is added by the drop-shaped curve of the legs, which, despite their slimness, boast hidden depth to increase their strength and stability.
"Often when you have these types of table there's a lot of compromise during development," Welling notes. "But I really made a lot of effort to do things as well as possible."
Raised in the Danish countryside, Welling's lifelong appreciation for the outdoors can be seen in his fondness for natural materials. This translates to all aspects of his creations, resulting in a simple and honest minimalism that brings a striking visual identity to his pieces. In addition to being exhibited at fairs and museums worldwide, his products can be found in a diverse array of interiors, from the Oslo Opera House to Australia's parliament.

The 3300 series was created for the SAS Terminal at the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, one of Arne Jacobsen's architectural masterpieces. In harmony with Jacobsen's architectural work at that time, the 3300 series is cool and formal. N02TM Recycle is a strong, stackable chair by Japanese studio nendo inspired by a simple crease of paper on the designer's work table. The chair's elegant shell is circular plastic, meaning it is made of recycled plastic that can be recycled again if necessary.
The plastic for N02TM Recycle comes from household, plastic waste collected, processed and upcycled in central Europe.
Leg and shell options make N02TM a strong solution for a variety of contract settings such as meeting rooms, canteens and presentation spaces.

Table tops in Carrara Marble, Black Marquina or Green Indio will exhibit natural variations in terms of colour, drawings and patterns characteristic for each type of marble. As for Carrara Marble, small cracks can sometimes be found on the polished surface. This phenomenon known as “taroli" is a natural characteristic of the stone, which cannot be eliminated completely.

A partner to his In Between Chair, the legs of the table echo the same angle as the front legs of the chair. The In Between Table is a mix of traditional wood craftsmanship, involving compression molding and woodturning, together with innovative veneer techniques.
