A minimal ballet flat cut from a single piece of soft, vegetable tanned semi-cordovan. Exposed, hand-stitched detailing along the welt joins a breathable, low-profile upper to a sturdy base with soft leather insteps, supportive cork midsoles, and natural leather outsoles with slightly stacked heels. A hand-tied heel stitch and discreet, plaited tassel-pull add functionality and a nod to the human craftsmanship behind each pair.

Durable, flexible, and breathable natural materials

All FEIT shoes are made from start to finish by one master craftsman. The one-piece upper is sewn by hand directly to the midsole. A cork footbed is added before cementing the leather outsole to the midsole using a natural, water-based glue. We refer to this process as a modified handsewn Goodyear construction—this method ensures all FEIT shoes can be resoled. Vegetable Tanned Semi-Cordovan Upper; Natural Cork Midsole; Vegetable Tanned Leather Outsole This pair of FEIT shoes comes with an extra set of cork and buffalo leather insoles to assist with in-between sizing. The additional leather insoles can be used alone, or the cork can be inserted underneath the leather for extra padding. If you are between sizes, you can either size up and use the included insoles, or size down and use no additional insoles.
