Wellspring Eau De Parfum

Product: A soft sponge core wrapped in sisal for a sustainable take on the classic plastic shower poofs of yesteryear!
Ritual: Think of this as dry brushing in it's action, but done wet in the bath or shower with soap! Soak the sponge, add your favorite liquid soap, and squeeze it to get a lather going.
On wet skin, starting at the extremities, brush in short brisk strokes from the tips of the fingers and toes towards the heart. Follow in quick short strokes to cover full body, always moving toward the heart. Spend extra time in areas where lymph nodes are concentrated: the groin, armpits, stomach, and breast tissue, and down the neck on all sides. Work with light yet present pressure. Spend extra time on glutes, thighs, and backs of the legs to powerfully exfoliate and awaken the entire body.

Product: A natural fiber 100% sisal wash cloth
Ritual: We love this wash cloth paired with our body oils as an oil cleansing ritual! To use, pump one to two pumps of body oil into clean hands, and work into dry face in an upward-massage. Add water as necessary. After massaging the oil into the face thoroughly, soak the wash cloth in steaming hot tap water. Wring out, and place on face to steam off oil. Work the cloth in gentle upward and circular motion to lightly exfoliate, letting the steam and oil do most of the work. Repeat a few cycles with fresh hot water until face feels clean and oil free. Follow with your favorite toner and moisturizer. This ritual is best done as an evening ritual to help wind down and relax the whole nervous system!
