We discovered this vessel shape in Japan and while we weren’t certain what it was for, we knew it was perfect for us. The original was tiny and clear so we made it large enough to hold our best-selling 4" matches and updated it in this sophisticated color palette. Each piece is hand blown and fitted with a cork stopper in the bottom. It reminds us of a vintage glass cloche, originally used to protect emerging seedlings in gardens. Once the matches are gone, it can be a curiosity used to display a found specimen.

The unit has been updated so that it can be more easily assembled and taken apart if necessary. Wooden feet and powder coated iron armature ensure that this unit is built for generations of use.
We supply 8 brass dividers (2 per shelf) so that you can store your favorite books upright and keep them organized. The brass dividers are completely removable in the event they are not needed and can be placed in any of the 3 spots available on a shelf allowing for a variety of options. This tall version is 3 feet across, perfect for rooms with limited wall space. Also available in a low wide 3 shelf version.
