A perfectly balanced tart and sweet combination delicious splashed in champagne, prosecco, hard seltzer, hard cider, or sparkling cider. Drizzle over berries and pound cake. Mix with vodka to make shrubbed-up versions of the classic Cosmopolitan or Cape Codder. Add to sparkling cider with a squeeze of lime for an easy spirit-free cocktail.
Salted Honey: Mix with gin or vodka, club soda, and top with a big squeeze of lemon. Drizzle over pound cake and ice cream with a sprinkle of finishing salt. Or add a shot to a glass of still or sparkling water to quench your thirst after a workout.
Pineapple: This shrub is a combination of sweet, creamy pineapple and tart apple cider vinegar balanced with just enough cane sugar and finished with a hint of cinnamon and clove. It’s our new favorite! Perfect with mezcal, club soda, bourbon, rum, sparkling water, etc.
