Jack Rudy, in collaboration with Cocktail Punk in Boulder, CO, created a standard, approachable, and highly versatile aromatic bitters for any cocktail enthusiast. With burnt cane sugar syrup as a base, the flavors are build on complex and nuanced notes of citrus, winter spices, and bittering agents to create a product with many uses.
