Let’s Set It Up!

Open the magnetic door on the back of the AromaPro™.
Fill up the aluminum 500 ml bottle with your favourite 100% essential or aroma oil from AromaTech.
Screw the bottle into the diffuser straight and snug and close the door.
Plug the power adaptor into the scent machine and then into the wall outlet.
Using the 24/7 Sunday - Monday timer set local time and hours of operation of the device.
Using the + and - buttons to control the scent intensity.
LCD display will indicate the scent level from Level 1 the lowest to Level 20 the highest. The Working (second) and Stop (second) is the air pump on and off pause time. The lower intensity level means the the longer air pump pause time you have.

Q: What size room can AromaPro™ handle?

The AromaPro™ is fully adjustable for different size areas. It is most effective in spaces from 100 to 4,000 square feet (10 to 400 square meters). Depending on the essential or aroma oil you use it may cover more area since some oils are more potent than others. When connected to HVAC, coverage may increase. Ideal for scenting large spaces such as living rooms, large bedrooms, office space or even an entire home, AromaPro™ is the most powerful and discrete diffuser on the market.

Q: Where can I place the AromaPro™?

You must place the AromaPro™ on a flat surface where it can take full advantage of the natural airflow in the space. If placing on the table top or a shelf, make sure it doesn’t tip. Alternatively, you can wall mount it or connect to the HVAC. If wall mounting the AromaPro™, make sure it is secured properly and is at least 6 feet off the ground and 20″ from the ceiling. Refer to the User Manual for more details and how to connect to HVAC (air conditioning and heating system)

Yes! AromaPro™ is a very powerful device that can handle small and very large spaces. If it is set too high for the room size, it can cause discomfort for some people. Adjusting scent intensity is easy. Simply touch the up and down button on the device to adjust from level 1 (min) to level 20 (max). Start at level 1 and work your way up if needed.

Q: How strong should I make the scent?

Remember, less is more. The AromaPro™ allows you to get rid of bad odours and create a unique ambience with small amounts of scent. Unlike other air fresheners, the AromaPro™ can be adjusted with a simple touch. Human nose gets used to scent very fast, so if you don’t smell the scent anymore that doesn’t mean it’s not there. Simply leave the scented area and re-enter with a fresh nose to get a better feel of how strong it is.

Q: How long does the essential oil last in the bottle?

The AromaPro™ uses a 500 ml bottle of essential or aroma oil that will last 1 month with daily usage running about 12 hours a day. To preserve the essential oil, we highly recommend using the internal 24/7 timer and set it up so that the diffuser doesn’t run at night time. Depending on the essential oil you are using that time may increase or decrease. Some essential oils diffuse a lot faster due to their consistency and viscosity.

Q: What is the average oil consumption of the AromaPro™?

Oil consumption strongly depends on the essential or aroma oil used. Essential oils diffuse faster then aroma oils. Average oil consumption ranges from 1 ml. – 2 ml. per hour.

Q: What if my unit does not turn on?

Check to make sure the power adaptor is properly plugged into the DC power jack and the electrical source. If hours of operation timer is set incorrectly and you are trying to diffuse during the time that the machine is programmed to be off the AromaPro™ will not scent. Refer to the User Manual for more details.

Q: How do I unlock the LCD display if it is locked and I can’t control the device?

AromaPro’s™ intuitive timer is designed to lock itself (shut off) after 10 seconds if not in use. To unlock the display simply press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds.

Q: What if my unit does not scent or there is almost no scent coming out?

Check first that there is an aroma oil in the bottle and the bottle is screwed in straight and snug. If there is fragrance in the bottle but you still don’t smell anything then either the device is in rest or pause mode, turned off, or the diffuser core is clogged and needs cleaning. Please see “Care & Maintenance” instructions.

Q: How do I connect the AromaPro™ to the HVAC (air conditioning system)?

Depending on the HVAC set up of your home and amount of air handlers that service your entire home, choose the air handler that covers the most area. Refer to the below diagram.

Drill a 6 mm hole in the air supply duct.
Make sure to drill a 6 mm hole before the duct splits to different areas of the house.
The AromaPro™ comes with the air tube and an HVAC adaptor. Screw in the HVAC adaptor (brass fitting) into the top of the AromaPro™ diffuser outlet.
Keep the air tube length between 10 – 20 inches.
Make sure the tube is always straight and not kinked, or has air pockets.
Wall mount the AromaPro™ or stand it up on a shelf near the air duct where you will be connecting it to.
Insert the air tube from the AromaPro™ to the air duct.
Insert the tube with the airflow not against it.
Seal it with HVAC tape.
Start up the AromaPro™ and set your desired intensity level from 1-20.

Q: Will the AromaPro™ cover my entire house?

It can, but it depends on how big your house is and how many air handlers you have in your home. If you have more then 1 air handler you will require and additional AromaPro™.

Q: What if my house is larger then 4,000 square feet?

In this case we recommend switching up to the Air Stream Single or Duo. It’s a very powerful HVAC scent machine that is capable of scenting spaces up to 15,000 square feet Depending on the Air Stream it can hold one or two 4 litre oil drums so oil refilling is required only once a year. Q: What type of oils can I put in my home diffuser?

Use only AromaTech™ diffuser blends; other blends and oils may contain base oils that could result in clogging the device. Many single note essential oils should not be used in the diffuser. Single note essential oils may have a thick or heavy consistency that can clog the diffuser and cause it to stop diffusing scent. AromaTech™ diffuser blends have been carefully blended to be effective for you, and safe and easy to use in your cold-air diffuser.

Q: Is AromaPro safe to use with children and pets?

Yes. When used as directed and only with AromaTech™ essential and aroma oil blends, AromaPro™ is the safest cold-air diffuser available. Make sure to request SDS if you require more info about the oil being diffused.

Fill up the aluminum 4 litre drum with 1 half gallon drum or (8) 500ml bottles of your favorite aroma oil from AromaTech.

Drill a 1/2 inch hole inside your air duct and insert an air tube from the diffuser into the air duct. Make sure to keep the tube straight, avoid kinks and coils. Insert the tube into the duct work of the air supply, past the filters and coils never on the return side.

Depending on the HVAC set up of your business and amount of air handlers that service your entire area, choose the air handler that covers the most area. Refer to the below diagram.

Drill a 10 mm hole in the air supply duct.
Make sure to drill a 10 mm hole before the duct splits to different areas of your space.
The Air Stream Single™ comes with the air tube and an HVAC adaptor. Make sure the HVAC adaptor (brass fitting) is connected into the top of the Air Stream Single™ air pump.
Keep the air tube length between 10 – 20 inches.
Make sure the tube is always straight and not kinked, or has air pockets.
Wall mount the Air Stream Single™ or stand it up on a shelf near the air duct where you will be connecting it to.
Insert the air tube from the Air Stream Single™ to the air duct.

Let’s Set It Up!

Open the top of the AroMini Bluetooth™ by pressing on the top of the device. Pull the top part of the diffuser off.
Fill 120 ml bottle with your favourite 100% essential or aroma oil blend from AromaTech.
Do not fill to the rim.
Screw the bottle into the top of the diffuser straight and snug, and insert into its base.
Press on the top to lock it.
Download the Scenting App (found on Apple Store or Google Play). Connect the device to your smart phone via Bluetooth connection. Next, set desired hours of operation of the device. You can set up to 5 different programs
Set the intensity of the fragrance output on the app. Level 1 is the lowest and level 9 is the highest. The On/ Off (seconds) is the air pump on and off pause time. The lower intensity level means the the longer air pump pause time you have.

Remember, less is more! Start at the lowest setting and allow the scent to spread throughout your space before increasing the intensity.

Let’s Set It Up!

Fill up 2 aluminum 4 litre drums with 4 half gallon drums (2 per drum) of your favorite aroma oil from AromaTech.
Screw the drums into the diffuser.
Connect the air pump (black box) to the diffuser with the oil drum using supplied air tube.
Drill two 1/2 inch holes inside your air duct and insert an air tube from the diffuser into the air duct. Make sure to keep the tube straight, avoid kinks and coils. Insert the tube into the duct after the coils, filters and only on the return side.
Keep the air tube from diffuser to the air duct as short as possible, recommended length is 6 – 15 inches.
Keep the air tube from the air pump (black box) to the diffuser max 10 feet.
Plug the power adaptor into the scent machine and then into the wall outlet.
Using the internal 24/7 digital timer set local time and hours of operation of the device.
Use the + and – buttons to set the scent intensity.

Wall mount the Air Stream Duo™ or stand it up on a shelf near the air duct where you will be connecting it to.
Insert the air tube from the Air Stream Duo™ to the air duct.
Insert the tube with the airflow not against it.
Seal it with HVAC tape.
Start up the Air Stream Duo™ and set your desired intensity level from 1-20.

Q: Will the Air Stream Duo™ cover my entire house?

It can, but it depends on how big your space is and how many air handlers you have. If you have more then 1 air handler you will require and additional HVAC scenting system.

Q: What type of oils can I put in my scent diffuser?

Use only AromaTech™ diffuser blends; other blends and oils may contain base oils that could result in clogging the device. Many single note essential oils should not be used in the diffuser. Single note essential oils may have a thick or heavy consistency that can clog the diffuser and cause it to stop diffusing scent. AromaTech™ diffuser blends have been carefully blended to be effective for you, and safe and easy to use in your cold-air diffuser.

Aerosol sprays diffuser very large particles that drop to the ground the moment they are sprayed, providing very high concentrations just in the area they were sprayed. The scent effect is very short and can’t be controlled. Ultrasonic diffusers use water and vibration to diffuse very tiny amounts of essential and aroma oils. With the Air Stream Duo™, there is no diluting with water or other carrier oils required. The scent particles diffused suspend for several hours providing the most subtle and comfortable scented environment. The Air Stream Duo™ creates, maintains and evenly provides a perfectly balanced scented environment continuously and in low dosage without alcohol, water, propellants or other harmful VOCs.
