Description
0.04oz Bright Metallic Blue Creamy, long lasting, and water resistant. Our sharpenable eyeliner pencils glide on easily, and can be used on the eye lids, along the lash line, or inside the waterline for a sultry, defined eye look. They are smooth when first applied, but will dry down and stay put. Give a good smudge. Use OFRA Brush #16 or OFRA Hard Angle Brush #4 for blending.
