HOW TO USE

You will need: Hydra FX, a brush, and water

Optional: before activating the product, scrape the product onto a makeup palette
Wet the makeup brush with water
Use the wet brush and mix it into the Hydra FX
Mix VERY WELL - if needed, wet the brush again and continue mixing
Apply the product once a creamy consistency is achieved
Let the product fully air dry before storing away
