This bed features a piston driven mechanism that is able to lift the whole mattress at once, which creates a convenient but concealed space to stow away items underneath. There is lining in its storage compartment in order to reduce dust and separate stored items from any floor surfaces. Both Non-Platform and Platform styles of the Lid Storage Bed are available in a choice of four colors in Full, Queen, and King sizes. Blu Dot’s Lid Storage Bed is made up of a padded solid hardwood and plywood frame, metal frame with wood slats, and a hidden piston driven mechanism that helps raise up the mattress in order to access the storage area beneath the bed.
