From Danish design house Menu, in collaboration with Studio WM, the String lounge chair is designed with a seemingly airy, delicate construction, however its steel frame is sturdy and timeless - perfect for indoor or outdoor use. Add a cushion or throw to incorporate a contrasting softness. The lounge is designed with a wider back and lowered seat than its' design counterpart, the String dining chair.
Studio WM explains, "The strength of metal gave us the freedom to push the boundaries and seek for the thinnest, most light construction to bring light into the design in a literal and figurative sense. The contrast between the thin metal wire and soft pillow evokes the urge to touch and use the product."
