Hand-quilted in the Japanese sashiko style in NY, with large hand-woven cotton panels from the indigenous Mangyan weavers of Mindoro island, Philippines. Each panel is a different weaver's interpretation of a traditional pattern named "Little Wave." Woven on backstrap looms, with hand-dyed indigo thread, natural cotton filling, and organic European cotton backing. 60" x 60".
